Clooney-Alamuddin to marry in Venice on 27 September
For the wedding reception, the actor and the British-Lebanese lawyer have chosen a 7-star dream hotel with frescoes by Tiepolo

VENICE. On 27 September, the former national secretary of the Democratic Party Walter Veltroni will officiate at the marriage of George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin. The civil ceremony will be held either at Ca’ Vendramin or at Ca’ Farsetti, headquarters of the municipal council.
The wedding reception will then take place in the luxurious setting of the 7-star “Aman Canal Grande” hotel, with many frescoes by Tiepolo.
One hundred guests will all stay at the Cipriani hotel. Flowers will most likely be provided by Munaretto and the wedding dress by Oscar de la Renta. The singer Lana Del Rey is expected to perform at the wedding party.
